Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Delays caused by carriers, customs or weather are outside our control.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain packaging with no product descriptions on the outside.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact the carrier first, then email us and we'll help.
