Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
• For hygiene reasons, opened intimate-use products (such as lubricants, suppositories, applicators and underwear) can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without a return authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
